The Secret Life of Agent Building

Nobody tells you what it’s really like.
The late nights, the endless testing, the moments of genius that vanish with one wrong prompt.
Building agents isn’t coding — it’s caretaking.
You feed them, fix them, talk to them, swear at them.

They break your heart, then save your week.
And one day, they quietly start to work —
like they’ve been alive the whole time, just waiting for you to notice.

How do you spend the time?

How do you spend the time?

Yes, AI saves time. But time’s never been the real problem.
What matters is what you do with it.

You can spend it trimming costs — or you can spend it building something better.
The ones who move past efficiency are the ones who’ll change everything.

AI isn’t the point. People are.
The tools don’t transform the work — the way we use them does.

Rise of the AI Evangelist

They’re the ones who can’t switch it off — building, testing, and dreaming long after everyone else has gone home.
They turn late nights into breakthroughs, chaos into culture, and questions into working code.
Half engineer, half believer, they keep the whole movement alive — with no funding, no rulebook, and no sleep.

They don’t wait for permission; they just start.
And every now and then, they make something that changes everything.

These are your AI evangelists.
Cherish them.

Work. Life. Culture. AI.

Work. Life. Culture. AI.

We don’t separate the work from the fun, or the tech from the people — it’s all part of the same beat.
AI shouldn’t sit in a corner waiting for permission. It should live in the middle of everything — the laughter, the chaos, the culture.
When we brought AI into our teams, it didn’t just change how we worked; it changed how we connected.
We sang, we hacked, we learned, we laughed.
That’s the magic — when learning feels like a night out, not a lecture.
Work. Life. Culture. AI.
Same rhythm. Same room. Same energy

Meet people where they are

Meet people where they are —
not where you wish they were.
That’s how change begins:
one honest conversation at a time.

We don’t lecture. We listen.
We show up, accents and all.
We make it human — and that’s what makes it work.

Five Truths About AI They Don’t Teach You in a Deck

We built this from the floor up — not from theory, but from years of trying, failing, and figuring it out.
Five things that make AI actually work for people.
No jargon. No hype. Just lessons learned in the noise of real work — late nights, cracked screens, and cups of cold tea.
It’s not about being an expert; it’s about exploring, talking, refining, and keeping it human.
The rules aren’t fancy — they’re just the ones that work.

Why I love AI

Growing up without it..

I grew up in Stoke-on-Trent with no money, no mentors, and no map for how to make something of myself.
School never fit, college never happened, and everything I learned came from other people’s kindness and the grind of figuring things out on the job.
So when I found AI, it hit me hard — because it felt like the thing I’d always needed but never had.
A teacher that listens. A coach that adapts. A bit of help for the people who didn’t grow up with it.

Now, that’s what I want to give back — to build tools, training, and platforms that make intelligence feel human and within reach.
Not hype. Not theory. Just real help for real people — the kind I wish I’d had when I was growing up without it.
