Use Case Workshops
Hands-on working sessions to help teams break down their real work, understand where AI fits and leave with things they can use tomorrow.
Why these workshops exist
For most people, finding AI use cases is a completely new task. They have never been asked to look at everything they do, break it down into pieces and then think about how a tool like AI could support that work.
Some people arrive confident. Some arrive quietly worried. Some have a list of ideas. Others do not know where to start. Everyone is busy. Everyone feels the pressure to move. Nobody wants to admit they feel behind.
These workshops exist to guide teams through that reality in a calm, structured and human way. We work with real workflows, real problems and real opportunities. We use AI live in the session so people can see how it behaves when it is supporting their actual work, not just a demo.
Every session has a dual purpose. We gather insight and intelligence, but we also send people away with things they can act on straight away. Nobody leaves empty handed.
- Teams understand their workflows and pain points in a new way
- People see where AI genuinely fits and where it does not
- Ideas turn into shaped and prioritised use cases
- Everyone leaves with a kit bag of things they can use tomorrow
What we actually do together
| Segment | What happens | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Hopes, fears and starting point | We begin with an honest conversation about how people feel about AI, what they want from it, what worries them and what has been missing so far. | A human starting point and a tone of openness rather than pressure or performance. |
| Mapping the real work | Using a structured framework in Miro we help teams map their workflows: every task, step, dependency, decision, pain point and workaround. | A clear picture of how work actually happens today, seen and agreed by everyone in the room. |
| Exploring where AI can help | We work through each part of the workflow and consider where AI could support now, where it might support later and where humans must stay central. | A shared view of where AI has potential value and where it would create noise or risk. |
| Working with AI live | We use generative AI live in the session as a thinking and problem solving partner, supporting real documents, questions and decisions people bring into the room. | People experience AI in context, see what it can and cannot do and gain confidence in how to use it well. |
| Shaping use cases | We shape the most promising ideas into clear use cases, thinking through value, feasibility, risk, ownership and how they might be delivered, including any agents or tools. | A shortlist of realistic, meaningful use cases that matter to the team and the organisation. |
| The kit bag | We close by capturing at least five things people can use tomorrow, plus a simple way to keep spotting and shaping new opportunities. | Skills, tools and actions that make the workshop feel like a starting point rather than an isolated event. |
Where this sits in your AI journey
These sessions sit between understanding AI at a high level and committing to bigger builds or programmes. They help you move from “we know AI matters” to “we know where it belongs in our work.”
| Where you are now | What this creates |
|---|---|
| Early alignment in place Leadership and teams understand the basics of AI and want to start applying it. |
A practical set of opportunities that connect to real workflows rather than abstract ideas. |
| Lots of ideas but no structure Teams have suggestions, experiments and side projects scattered across the organisation. |
Clarity on which ideas are worth pursuing now, which need shaping and which should wait. |
| Ready to build You are exploring agents, automation or custom tools but want to make sure you are solving the right problems first. |
Use cases with clear value, ownership and success signals so builds and pilots are grounded in reality. |
This is the bridge between alignment and action. It turns curiosity and early energy into a focused, human and realistic opportunity pipeline.
