Alongside their day jobs at EssenceMediacom, they created EM Sidekick, an AI tool designed to make everyday work faster, smarter, and more creative.What started as a grassroots experiment quickly became a global success — transforming how thousands of people worked across WPP. In 2025, Sidekick was named Campaign Media Awards’ Tech Innovation of the Year, recognised for redefining what meaningful, human-centred AI adoption can look like in a major organisation.
