Why this training exists
Most people have heard about AI. Very few feel confident using it in their real job. Some feel excited. Some feel worried. Many are not sure where to start.
Punks of AI is our training engine. It starts from one simple idea. Everyone is an AI punk. Everyone can learn this, bring their own style and use AI in a way that fits their work and life.
We design sessions that are fun, honest and useful. We meet people where they are. We show them the strengths and weaknesses of AI. We give them tactics, habits and language they can use the next day.

How we build habits
Skill is only half of the story. The other half is habit. We use small, simple rules that change how people behave with AI.
- Voice first exercises where people cannot use the keyboard. This forces them to talk to AI and build trust.
- Simple models like 25 50 25 to think about input, output and improvement.
- Focus on context. We show how to give AI the right information and why that matters.
- Sharing tricks and hidden features so teams learn from each other as well as from us.
The result is not just knowledge. It is a new way of working that feels natural.
Train the trainers and agents that stay
Training only works if it keeps going after the workshop. We plan for that from the start.
- We identify and support internal champions and trainers.
- We give them exercises, prompts and patterns they can reuse with others.
- We build role aligned training agents on your platforms. For example EA coaches, finance helpers or creative craft agents.
- These agents guide people through tasks, safe practice and good prompts long after the sessions end.
Over time this creates a self sustaining system. People train each other and the agents help them along the way.
