AI Maturity and Road-Mapping Workshops

Interactive AI maturity and road mapping workshops to get people aligned, talking and moving in the same direction.

Time out to put a foot on the ball, build a shared picture and leave with a plan people actually believe in.

Why these workshops exist

Most of the time the challenge with AI is not the technology. It is the fact that different people in the organisation all have slightly different pictures in their heads.

Different views of what AI is. Different ideas about what is possible. Different assumptions about risk, pace and value. Everyone is busy. Everyone feels the pressure to move. Nobody wants to look like they do not get it.

These workshops are our way of getting the right people into the same room and putting a foot on the ball. We slow things down just enough to talk, compare notes, argue a bit, laugh a bit and build a shared view of where you really are and what comes next.

We always run these sessions with AI in the room. We use generative AI live, on screen, as part of the conversation so people can see how it behaves when it is helping with real work, not just a demo. People bring real questions and real examples in, and they leave with both a plan and new ways to use AI in their day to day jobs.

  • A shared picture of current AI maturity across people, process and technology
  • Space for honest discussion about fears, ambitions and constraints
  • A way to talk about AI that feels real and human rather than theoretical
  • The first real step away from inertia and into movement

What we do We collect a clear, honest view of how things work today across people, process, culture and technology. We look at what can happen tomorrow, what will take three months and what sits in the longer term. We discuss and debate where AI can genuinely add value and where it would create noise or risk. We shape a one year plan with milestones, owners, risks and dependencies. We co-facilitate with AI in the session, using it to support real conversations, real documents and real decisions that people bring into the room.
What you get A shared starting point that everyone recognises instead of fragmented opinions. A realistic view of what is possible now, what needs more work and what depends on partners or new capability. A prioritised view of opportunities that balances ambition, risk and effort. A roadmap that people can explain, defend and act on, not a slide that sits in a folder. Teams who have actually felt AI supporting their own work and who leave with practical ways to keep using it after the workshop.

Where this sits in your AI maturity journey

We think about AI adoption as a journey that runs through curiosity, confidence and then culture. These workshops sit in that early to middle zone where you have moved beyond curiosity and now need structure and direction.

Where you are now What this creates
Experimenting in pockets
Small teams or individuals are playing with AI tools but there is no shared view from the top.
A single, joined up picture of what is happening and what might be possible if you supported it properly.
Feeling the pressure to have a plan
Boards, investors or group functions are asking what your AI strategy is.
A one year roadmap and narrative you can use in board packs, town halls and internal comms.
Ready to move from talk to action
You have had plenty of conversations but decisions keep getting stuck.
Clear priorities, ownership and pacing so you can make progress without pretending you can do everything at once.

On their own these workshops will not transform your organisation. They are not meant to. What they do is give you a real, human, shared starting point and a plan that makes the next steps possible.
