Live AI Workshops and Hackathons
Serious fun with real impact. Hands on creation that shows people what AI can do when they actually use it and helps them build confidence they can carry back into their work.
Why these workshops exist
Most people hear about AI but never really get to play with it in a safe way. They watch demos, read headlines and sit in presentations, but nothing changes in how they actually work.
Live Workshops fix that gap. They are doing sessions. People make things, test ideas, laugh a bit and see what happens when AI is a creative partner rather than a scary black box.
Everything is built on the Punks of AI idea that everyone is an AI punk. No special background needed. Just curiosity and a bit of space to try.
- Hands on experience that turns AI from theory into something people can feel.
- Creative challenges that link back to real work and real roles.
- Human, relaxed facilitation that makes it safe to ask questions and get things wrong.
- A clear step up in confidence and appetite to use AI after the session.
Session overview
| Segment | What we cover | How it feels | What people do | What they leave with |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Setting the scene | We frame the day in simple terms. What we are going to do, why it matters and how it connects to their day job. | Calm and welcoming. No jargon. No pressure to know anything already. | Set intentions, name worries and get clear on what they want from the session. | A shared understanding that this is about learning, trying and making progress together. |
| Creative making | Teams create songs, videos, adverts, ideas or prototypes using AI. Every exercise is chosen to be fun and tied back to real tasks. | Energetic and surprising. People see what is possible in minutes rather than weeks. | Work in small groups, experiment with prompts and push AI to improve each version. | A felt sense of what AI can do for content, thinking and problem solving. |
| Habit building tricks | We use methods like the no keyboard rule, simple models such as 25 50 25 and context hacks that change how people talk to AI. | Challenging in a good way. People notice how much they lean on old habits. | Try voice only tasks, structure prompts and compare results when context is better. | New ways of working with AI that they can repeat the next day at their desk. |
| Share back and reflection | Groups share what they made, what worked and what did not. We connect the dots to roles, teams and clients. | Supportive and proud. There is usually laughter and a sense of surprise at what they pulled off. | Present outputs, swap tips and talk about where this could fit in their real work. | Concrete ideas for how to use AI tomorrow and language to explain it to others. |
Where this sits in your AI maturity journey
We think about AI capability as a journey that moves from curiosity, to confidence, to culture. Live Workshops sit in the confidence phase. If Taster sessions spark interest and understanding, these workshops turn that into real behaviour change.
| Where your teams are now | How Live Workshops help |
|---|---|
|
Curious but hesitant People understand the basics but still do not know how to use AI themselves. |
They start making things with AI hands on. Hesitation drops. Confidence rises. AI starts to feel like a tool they can actually work with. |
|
Experimenting in pockets A few early adopters exist, but knowledge is uneven and nothing has really scaled. |
Shared activities create a more equal level of confidence. People learn together, swap tricks and create momentum. |
|
Ready to rethink workflows Leaders want teams to start rethinking how work gets done. |
Workshops build the mindset and skill uplift needed to engage in workflow design, use case shaping and deeper role based training. |
Live Workshops are not the destination. They are the activation point. They get people moving, talking, experimenting and believing, which unlocks everything that comes next, from Punk Academy and discipline training through to agents and new ways of working.
